Default White smoke from exhaust while going downhill

So I have been having this problem with my 92' EG Hatchback. Every time I go down a hill without pressing the gas pedal then proceed to press on the gas pedal white smoke comes out of my exhaust and I know white smoke is usually tide to coolant but however my coolant level remains relatively the same, i've also never overheated once and the smell of the smoke smells like burning oil. I have looked at my spark plugs and they did have some oil on the top of them I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I figure I'd bring it up. (SMOKES ONLY AFTER GOING DOWN A HILL)

Thats what I was thinking but would that produce white smoke and why does it only happen when going down hills?

going downhill, foot of the gas, that makes a high vacuum situation. next time, as you go downhill give it some gas, see if the smoke stops

Oil smoke will be white-ish... but it has a blue/grey tint to it that may be difficult to properly identify in your rear view mirror. It is likely worn valve guides or worn valve stem seals.

Alright I'll try changing those but if the smoke still happens could it be the head gasket going bad or something deeper? Because I seen another forum and someone said something about the pistons.

Likely valve stem seals / guides as Jim said, based on the description you've given. To your knowledge, has the cylinder head ever been refreshed, or could it still be factory original? If you don't know if the head has been refreshed before, changing seals without at least having the guides inspected, if not knurled or replaced could be a waste of time and money if you plan on keeping the vehicle. If you're going to do it right, you're going to have to pull the head, which means a new head gasket anyway.

The head is the original head,
though Im not sure on if the head was resurfaced, when I bought the car the guy said it was sitting for 10 years and before selling he took it to a shop to do maintenance and get it checked. I'm not sure on what he exactly did though, but I've owned the car for almost 2 years before this started happening.
