(Dealr Maintained) 2017 Honda CR-V Rear Ended Rattle, Creaking, Squeaking Noise After Dealer Repair

Car has always been dealer maintained by the same dealer for years. Car repaired by Honda but once it reaches speeds starting at 50 MPH the car is rattles, creaks, squeaks. Description of rear end accident: The other car hit the right rear corner and folded the muffler in half and jammed the muffler into the right rear tire so hard the wheel would not rotate when trying to drive the car off the highway. When the tow truck was pulling the car on to the bed that back tire was dragging and rubbing/scraping the tire on the ground. The car sat for 53 days because the repair shop was backed up. (Confirmed with the shop...they didn't do a test drive because they said they only test drive if there is a suspension issue.)

Once I picked up the car (3 days ago) their where 2 distinct sounds
1. The back tire area was making a womp womp sound as I drove down the highway. (They have agreed to replace the tire)
2. The second sound is the car is making a rattling, creaking and squeaking sound. I am very concerned it may have frame damage. The repair shop says the car is fixed. Something is wrong!

Please provide your suggestions on next action to take. Thanks in Advance!

 

Take it back to the repair shop. They have an obligation to make it right. If they complain about that talk to your insurance that covered the repairs.
