Default 2004 Honda Pilot Driver's Side Window Not Working

The driver's side window did need a new one because the old was was physically and visibly broken, so I assumed this was the problem. I replaced the regulator like I have many times before on various vehicles, but the window still doesn't work. When I try and roll the window up or down I can hear a 'click' coming from the Power Window Control Unit, but no actuation on the regulator itself.

Diagnosis Steps I've Taken
  1. Replaced the window regulator and motor
  2. Visually checked the #10 (40A) fuse under the hood - not visibly blown
  3. Visually checked the #1 (20A) fuse under the passenger's side fuse panel - not visibly blown
I have the Power Window Control Unit (Part #72256-S9V-A010-M1) and I'm curious if these go bad very often or if this could be the culprit? It's in this Control Unit that I hear the 'click' when I press up or down on the door's window control switch. I'm assuming by this clicking that it means this unit is fine, is that right?

Is there anything or anywhere else I should be troubleshooting/diagnosing this problem? These units are kind of expensive, around $175, so if I don't have to replace this I would rather not if there is some way to diagnose this first.

I was able to get this resolved. The regulator and motor assembly I bought was bad, but this actually wasn't the only issue. After some trial and error, I figured out that you cannot actually roll the window up or down without the door panel connecting being connected to the door panel. This was news to me because the others cars I've worked on previously all allowed you to roll the window up or down without the door panel being connected, you only need to have the window control switch (master switch in this example) connected to control the motor. However, Honda Pilots are evidently wired differently. This makes it kind of a pain to get the bolt holes lined up to connect the glass to the regulator because you have to connect the door panel and then move the regulator.

Anyway, hopefully this helps anybody else that also isn't used to having to connect the door panel together before being able to control the regulator.
