Is code 14 tps on a 1995 civic 1.5L 16Valve that's the code I have I put a new tps in and it still has a up and down idle and the cel is still on any help would be great. I also think I have a hung injector because I have a misfire after about 10 minutes of driving I can hear it lose a cylinder and lose some power then I can hear the spitting or sputtering in the exhaust aftermarket exhaust full system. Code 14 is not a TPS code... it is an IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) which is found on the back of the intake manifold just behind the TPS. The misfire is another matter. Run a compression test to see if you have a low cylinder.
