Hi honda fanatics wondering if you could help me out. I have a 95 EK3 Civic that runs a D15B non vtec 👎 engine atm. I have purchased a D15B vtec version engine from what I believe to be a 94 EG4 Civic. I have removed the non vtec engine and checked the engines for the D15B engraving and they were the same although the numbers underneath weren't the same, probably engine specific code I imagine. Engines look identical apart from the red valve cover. I will take photos and upload them tonight for some reference. Just looking for advice as to where to begin I haven't had any experience on honda engines apart from removing this stupid non vtec version. Who buys a honda to not have vtec right. Please send help 🙏 much appreciated
