Default My AC

What's up? I'm Scott.
I was hoping maybe there was a Honda tech on here that could give me some information. I used to be a tech with Chrysler so I know what I'm doing, just need some manufacturer specific information.
THe ECU isn't sending a ground signal to the relay to engage the clutch. I've replaced the pressure sensor and checked all wires for continuity. While, yes the ac control head I put in trying to resolve this issue was used I don't believe it to be the cause of the continuation problem. I just don't know what values the ECU should be seeing from the pressure sensor and I want to make sure that the inputs to the computer are correct before I change anything else.
It was in an accident before I got it so I don't know everything about what they did to it but I put a new compressor in it and had to rewire everything by the book.
When I bought it the compressor was shorted on and he just had the fuse removed but I didn't assume the problem would be this deep. After a little while the compressor refused to engage at all even with the fuse in. This was because the ECU refused to ground the relay though. After repairing the wiring, replacing the relay, the compressor, the expansion valve, o rings, and fixing a bunch of other little things I'm still stuck with a relay that refuses to engage. I just want to get some more information on sensor voltage values so that I can eliminate other causes.
I have a degree in auto mechanics but I found out I had brain cancer in 04. I was top of my class and looking to get an engineering degree after my first degree but I never got the chance. I am highly intelligent but slower now and my short term memory is wack. I still have a decent long term though.
Please let me know if you have any information or advice.
Thanks,
Scott
