Default Front coilovers don’t fit fork

I got a 96 ek coupe bought some used coil overs guy said they fit was able to get the rears on it was a hassle but now I know why. The front forks are too big for the coilovers. Im assuming the coilovers are for egs what can I do too fit the front or should I just buy the right coilovers lol

Fronts are the same for EGs and EKs. Only difference is the rear. Bushing is shorter, that's why some manufacturers provide spacers.

Shock/coilovers for EF and DA we're smaller. Your used coilovers were for an EF or DA.

You can get EF/DA front forks to make em fit. But why bother.
