I recently bought a '96 civic and the previous owner did a JDM D15B motor swap. I ran a diagnostic on it and have 3 of my 4 cylinders misfiring. I've tried timing, new sparkplugs, and I even reset codes to see if it would pop up again. It did. I'm thinking it could also be my headers having a crack in them. Im fairly new to working on honda engines. When googling it looks like I have a distributor problem or ignition lines.
