2007 Civic Cooling Fans Not Running
Running out of ideas with this one. Neither cooling fan comes on - temp gauge goes up to max. Checked with OBD live data - got to 215F and no fans. I put 12v directly to fans and they run. Jumped load side of relays on both rad and ac relays and fans work, so everything down-circuit from those two relays seems OK. Jumped ECT sensors (separately) and no luck. I also tried turning on AC to force them on, but that didn't work either (to be fair, AC has not worked in some time - don't know what issue is - and it's in the 40s here rn). I also tried swapping like relays around with no success.
Looking for any ideas on further diagnosis, or which parts to start replacing (guessing relays first?). Any help appreciated.

Hello guys,
I am in the same situation here.I own a Honda Civic Hybrid 2007 European Specs which is also converted to LPG.
At the beginning Temp went up while driving on the highway.Max speed limit here is 120Km/h.
As soon as I slowed to 110km/h or 100Km/h the car was able to bring the temp down.
I went to the dealership and they asdvised to change the water pump (never been changed for 11 years) and also the radiator (changed 5 years with aftermarket)
At the time I didnt noticed the fans didnt work. After receiving the car from thew dealership and I only accepted to change the water pump, the car behaved WAY worse.
A trip on the highway is no longer possible while in the city the car does not overtemp
Thats when I noticed the fans not coming on.I changed my self whats called the ECT2 engine coolant temperature 2 and is located at the bottom
of the radiator. No luck with that.I checked BOTH fans directly with 12V and they work on high.I swapped relays but with no luck.
I took the car to a car electrician and he found (I dont know where) another temp switch to be faulty and changed that. Nothing has changed , my car still
overheats on highway
If anyone has service manuals I would like to have a look
Best regards
