In the process of putting an ls b18b1 in my 99 civic cx, and i’m getting crank but no cel/ fuel pump prime.
i’m still on the p2e ecu, not sure if this would cause this issue however i plan on picking up a more compatible ecu in the near future.
main relay and all my fuses seem to be fine, and the motor is properly grounded
where should i start? is this an ecu issue or could it be wiring related? i know the fuel pump is in good working order as it was functioning well prior to the swap. tia

 

What codes do you have ?

 

not getting a check engine light and haven’t had a chance to scan. picking up a p75 this weekend i’ll see if that helps any and i’ll check the codes
