Default CBF125NA (CB125R) Fuel pump issue?

Hello everyone, I'm completely stumped on this one now...

I have a 2018 CB125R, 13k miles on her and everything was great untill a week ago, ride to work, Parkes up like normal, did my shift, went to the bike after work, went to turn her over, and this is where the fun starts.

It doesn't seem to be engaging the fuel pump, atleast that's my thought. The lights where a little dimmed, so I figured might be battery, didn't have a multimeter, so just got a new battery, it's 4 years old after all. Changed the battery, same issue. So I managed to get a friend's multimeter, checked for voltage at the pump, and it seems to be getting power to the pump, great. Checked the fuses (and swapped the 10A fuel pump fuse just incase) nothing, ok might be fuel pump dead? Changed that today, and still no luck.

When you turn the key, lights come on, the solinoid sounds to be starting (light buzzing sound) but no fuel pump, and if you try to start it, it will try, but obviously due to fuel pump not starting, won't actually start.

Anyone had this sort of issue or any idea on what it could be?
