02 Accord 2.3l - Fuel Gauge stopped working and Motor died.
A few days ago, I ran my 02 Accord very low on fuel before refilling. Leaving the gas station, I noticed my fuel gauge was still registering as empty. Yesterday, as I drove back from the Supermarket, the car lost power and died. Tried restarting a few times and got it to start a couple of times but was barely running at very low RPM and little throttle response so had AAA tow it back to my home.
Found a reference to check Fuel Pump fuse #1 and fuse at spot #13 (STS?) and both were good. Also saw reference that there's a Main or PGNFI Relay under the DS Dash that might possibly be the issue other than the Fuel Pump itself possibly being bad. I have a Pick n Pull ten minutes away that I could get a Relay from to try eliminating that but figured that I'd ask post my issue/symptoms here to get some diagnosis tips to try and help with troubleshooting my problem.
