You need to be much more specific.

What fault do you find with the stock suspension? What setups are you considering? What do you use the car for?

Answer those questions first, so we can give you better suggestions.

i use the car mostly for daily driving.. hopefully going to be autox a lil more (if time permits) and wanting to try road racing for the first time hopefully(if time permits)... the reason im askin this question is because i told a friend of mine i recently bought spoon progressives and he told me i should have bought single rate...and i was wondering what are the differences between Progressive spring rates and Single rates?

I mean no disrespect to you as a driver, but I recommend picking up some stock ITR springs for now and improving the driver before trying to make the suspension better.

Also be forewarned that Spoon springs lower the car more than advertised.

none taken... also yea i figured that the spoon springs would lower the car a lil more... but its better than running neuspeeds and blown shocks
(car is garaged as of rite now) which makes it like a 2.5 drop or at least seems like it...

this was answered about 3 weeks ago.

progressive rates are just that, progressive, while "single" rate is a linear, constant rate.

Good summation George...

I have found linear rates much more predictable than progressive rate springs which, like George said, have a tendency to go changing on you in the middle of a corner...
