Hi anyone out here that can help me
Stock 1993 honda civic dx auto 250k
CEL 3 and 7
Replaced tps and map sensor with new ones set the new tps to .45v WOT only reading 3.8v . still CEL 3 and 7 after resetting ecu
Replace intake manifold and throttle body with oem tps and denso map sensor that i got from junkyard. still CEL 3 and 7 after resetting ecu
New intake manifold gasket. cleaned IACV and adjusted FITV and resealed with rtv. still CEL 3 and 7 after resetting ecu
No Vaccum leaks anywhere
New cap, rotors, plugs, wires, O2 sensor upstream, gas, fuel pump, fuel filter, main rely
Ignition timing is correct
Mechanical timing is correct.
Compression is okay 170-175 psi across all cylinders
Check the tps yellow wire voltage is at 3.8v plugged into the sensor. unplugged is 4.5v . tps red wire is sending signal.
Checked the map sensor is at 4.8v plugged in.
Bled coolant.
Performed Idle relearn. Still nothing.

The car starts sputters and dies when given gas. When i start the car with map sensor plug disconnected it starts and idles aournd 1k rpm with the car running i plug the map sensor back in the car idles at 700 rpm the idle is steady but when i give it some gas it bogs and sputters until it gets above 1500 rpm then it revs fine. Then i turn off the car and try to start it again it has a hard time starting. Starts run for 2 secs then dies. Car seems to only run and idle when I unplugg and plug in the map sensor. Hopefully I gave enough detail that someone would know whats wrong. What would cause CEL 3 and 7 to trip at the same time? -Thanks
