Default ECU to use for F22a F23a4 hybrid motor?

Hello, I just swapped an F22a (non VTEC) cylinder head onto my F23a4. Since the F22a doesn't have VTEC, this means I have to run the ECU without the VTEC solenoid wired up, meaning I'm gonna get a P1259 and my car will go into limp mode and won't rev past 4k. I plan on eventually getting Hondata and getting it tuned but don't have the money atm. In the meantime, will an F23a5 non VTEC ECU work to get it to run without experiencing the P1259 code? If an F23a5 ECU works, is any aftermarket modification necessary to get it to hook up to the F23a4 wiring harness?

The F23A5 ecu will probably work. This is not really a common combination so you're pretty much on your own.
