Default Race engine builder in PNW

Any recommendation on a race engine builder for a B18C engine in the Seattle area? Portland also ok. Use is for road/enduro racing.

I have no idea what car, race series, or class you are planning to run, but since you said enduro, you would be better off with a stock k-swap than a built, race prepped B series.

I love the B, but he's probably right. Unless you can find a lower mileage stock B.
