Default F22z2 head on f18a3 block

So basically I have a f18a3 on my 97 European accord, I wanted to squeeze some more power and torque out of it, forced induction is out if the question, h22 swap also is out of the question, to get one of thouse where I live you gotta spend a pretty a penny, there is absolutely no aftermarket camshafts for the f18a3 head, so I was thinking that maybe I could do some kind of minime, swap my current head for a f22z2 Vtec one, as anyone ever attempted this? Is think that there might be some holes I need to close off in the block, but I have no idea, finding information on any one the European F series engines online is pointless. For reference a f22z2 is the European f22b1 its SOHC VTEC, it has a higher compression ratio and 150hp, it has 85mm bore, same as my f18 but longer stroke, is this even possible? As anyone ever did something close to this or has any tips? I would really appreciate it, thanks.

Shot story:

Wanna swap my f18a3 head for a f22z2, is it possible? What modifications do I have to do it to make it work?

Yes. It will generally be the same as doing an F22B1 head on an F22B2 block. Use that in your searches to get an idea of what you will need to do.
