head swap question
alright guys, i wasnt quite sure where to ask or post this question.i have a hatch and im going to do the mini me swap, i was telling my friend who has a new gen elcipse about it and the thought of wishing we could slap a vtec honda head on his sohc mistubishi block. seeing how the have more torque, thatd be great. question is, can this be done. me personally, dont see why not, a blocks a block, but maybe theres a made different. so any replies, and comments on this would be great. thanx

The bore and cylinder spacing are far too different to make this a feasable possibility. Not to mention the fact that none of the head studs will line up. Then you are faced with issues such as engine management which would have to be standalone and probably with a custom wiring harness. Put it this way, it's not going to happen.
