Check Engine light sensor issue D16Y7 1998 EJ6
Hi guys, the issue is the following on a Honda civic 98 LX EJ6 D16Y7:
- I was in a trip in a road around 60mp/h (100km/h) when suddenly the engine turned off and the engine check light came on, I started to drive to the side of the road in order to stop when I decided to try to turn on the car again while moving and it actually worked, the engine light turned off and I was able to get home safely; A week later on the way to work the same happened, car at 60mp/h, car turned off, engine light turned on, this time I stopped at the side of the road and the car did not want to turn on, the car would crank but not start, I tried this around 5 times with no success. I decided to call for a tow truck and while I was calling it I tried to turn on the car and I noticed that the engine light was off, the car worked again and I got to work .The interval between the car turning off and it working again was around 5min. Later this day when going home the same issue happened, but this time the car did not turn on even after waiting and trying for 20minutes. I called the tow truck and when the car was on the truck I turned the key and the light was off and the engine worked fine.
Today I was going to the mechanic, which is not so close to me and right after I left home the issue happened again but this time I noticed something very unusual, when the car turned off and the light turned on, I got the car to neutral and I moved 1 inch and suddenly the engine light turned off.
My questions are: Do you guys have any idea what this could be?
I noticed that every time that this issue happened it "solved" itself when the car wheels moved forward. The issue is getting worse and more frequent every time.
What engine sensor do interact with the wheels/engine/piston position/crankshaft?
Would a OBD2 scanner read older engine light check codes?
I am at the point where I want to change all sensors as I did not change a single one in the two years that I have it.
I ask this because my mechanic OBD2 scanner does not fit on the ECU and he would need an adapter, but there is no reason for him to do that if I cannot get the car there with the actual light on.
I have a Hondash OBD2 sensor in the car but as it does not have a check engine light log and as it do not has support to iOS I have an old android phone to use it when I travel in order to keep track of everything and to set a warning for any uncommon values, but in every time that this issue happened I did not get the chance to check it because I did not have it on me.
I appreciate the help!

I found a video of the issue and posted it in https://imgur.com/a/IO8ftvU
Notice that I one the videos is when I was waiting for the tow truck and other the one was that same night with the car cold before I left work where the car was having some difficulty turning on when cold.
I do not know if the car have trouble starting when cold has some relation to this other issue.
