Default 1990 model overheating

Hi,
I have just bought this car (in Malta):
https://maltapark.com/item/details/9480404 (400€)

Unfortunately it has many problems, among which the fact that it overheats after a few kms. Yesterday I drove it a couple of miles with the max temperature, to get home, even though I tried to stay at the lowest possible regime and exploit wind to cool it down as much as possible.
At the end, I checked the motor and it was hot but not that hot. The water was not even very hot (water pump broken?). My impressione was that the fan was not opening (I didn't hear it but I did not check).
What are your best guesses? Is is worth to repari?

Best regards.

The link in your post mentioned a new water pump; what is your level of confidence it was properly installed; i.e., could there be air pockets?

Here's a forum thread on this site reviewing possible overheating and one of the posts mentions bleeding the system; along with a link to a Honda troubleshooting page.

Of course an earlier post advising to 'pull the radiator cap' means ONLY when you know the system is NOT under pressure...

I honestly don't know anything about the new water pump, since it was done with the previous owner, whom I don't trust very much.

Today I did another trip and the car got heated again after a couple of kms. This time I checked the radiator fun and it was spinning. So that should not be the problem.
I have made a commented video with my new findings and I have a photo with the oil level (which seems very high and not promising at all... coolant leaks?):
