Default B20 swap p06 OBD1 ECU

I’m swapping a 2000 EM1 have I have a few questions
Have a B20A4 with a 97 GSR head and p06 ECU but don’t have a wiring harness. What harness would I need to run this combo in the EM1?
previous owner had the swap in a EM1 running and said GSR harness would work but I’d like to make sure that’d be plug and play.
do I need to splice a GSR harness or would it work in stock form?
thanks! New to this platform so I’m definitely open to advice with the swap!

The GSR engine harness will NOT work. You will need a '99-00 Civic Si (or EX if you have to) engine harness and an ECU adapter harness to plug in to your P06 ECU.

Cool, thank you! That’ll be plug and play to the engine I’m assuming?

It should be awfully close... the IAT sensor plug should be changed to an OBD-1 style so you can plug it into the intake manifold instead of the intake filter tube, the fuel injector plugs and the alternator plug may be different, but otherwise, almost all will be plug-n-play.

Sweet thanks, everything plugs in good except for the distributor. Harnesses coming off the one of the engine is a 7 pin and a 2 pin but the one on the em1 harness is an 8 pin I believe, do you know what I’d need to run that? Thanks!

You can buy a "Plug-n-Play" distributor adapter on EBay... or you can make one yourself if you have some engine harness plugs laying around.
