Odyssey Absolute 2005 - NavSystem/Radio/CD/RevCamera
Kia ora from New Zealand - please help!
I have had some weird things going on with the radio/SC/Navigation/ReverseCamera.
- All started about 18mnths ago - the Navigation (which I have never used as it is still programmed for Japan) started to throw up errors - loosely translated using Google Translate, it said it could not contact the SC, or that it had problems with a driver (not me I hope!).
- Since this error came up the reversing camera no longer comes on (when I need it to... occassionally it will come on when I am driving)
- The CD Player is constantly starting up - sounds like a mouse squeaking every 10 seconds. No CD in there.
- The SC is no longer displayed or accessible
- So then I was stuck with the radio, which over time, has become intermittently available. These days it only comes on, I am convinced, when there has been a decent rainfall. The radio will operate for as long as the engine is running. If I happen to stop the car, and then restart it the radio wont work.
I have replaced the fuse for the radio - though the old one appeared fine, checked the battery, reseated the hard drive, other than that I am stumped.
Any ideas?
