Default LS-vtec with vtec killer question

I have a ls vtec and I'm putting vtec killer setup with the roller rockers. My question is the oil filter sandwich plate that routes to the head, I don't believe is required anymore with vtec killer setup. And what about the oil passage plug on the bottom of the head(headgasket side) that has a allen plug in it... should I leave that plug in or should I remove it with the sandwich plate?

You can remove the oil feed line for VTEC between the sandwich plate and the back of the head, but the restrictor is for the lubrication of the cam cap/towers and cam lobes in the VTEC head properly, and thus, needs to remain in the block.
