I got a 03 civic . It was in storage for a year not driving . Brought it back out . The car is over heating . I noticed the fans don’t go on. Not with ac on as well. I jumped both fans and they do work but just aren’t turning on. I changed the fan switch. Checked the relay it’ works . All fuses work . Also the thermostat just because ,. Didn’t do the temp sensor but I don’t have a check engine light on. Any ideas . I’m thinking the wiring maybe . That the fans aren’t getting any power that’s why they aren’t turning on .
