I have a 2015 Rukus which quit running…after replacing the fuel filter it runs but only 20 mph. I’ve removed and cleaned carb, reset EMC, rigged a gravity flow fuel tank to eliminate bad fuel pump, filter, hose or check valve. Although it runs smooth it still won’t get passed 20 mph. It ran fine until fuel pump went bad any ideas to try before replacing carburetor? Thanks!
