I just purchased a 2022 Ruckus 50. It is running Lean. The previous owner either ran bad gas or a fuel stabilizer. It was surging, etc.

I pumped out fuel and replaced. The surging went away. It actually runs good. Pulled spark plug and it was white.

I did use a 93 non ethanol fuel. I plan on trying a 87 octane. Ruckus is stock. Previous owner let it fall over and did have some oil in air box. Replaced the air filter and changed oil. It is at correct level.

I thought about replacing fuel pump or maybe pulling carburetor.
