Hi! I have a 03 Honda Civic . I just replace the ac compressor, condenser and belts . The car is making noise when the ac is on , when the ac is off the car sounds fine . Has anybody had this issue , can’t figure out what it is . Can anybody help ?here’s a video of the noise .

Sounds like you have a bad AC compressor.

 

When you changed it did you have it recharged properly? I agree the compressor sounds bad.

 

I change the compressor 3x already, that’s what I though .

Did you pull that system into a deep vacuum before recharging? What are the pressures looking like?

 

First off, make sure you are evacuating the system properly. Making sure to replace the dryer if the lines are left open too long and exposed to moisture in the air, and the system is flushed out if the previous compressor had failed. Also very important to make sure the new compressor has the proper amount of oil in it and is recharged using the proper amount of refrigerant.

Second, if all those things are done, it's worth adding that the OEM Denso compressors are the best ones to use, in my opinion. Aftermarket ones are often terrible.
