So I finally managed to get a project hatch it runs and drives I’m hoping to make it run smooth and daily it.
at the moment I ordered a new suspension because the one it had bounces like crazy.
The issues that the car is having is sometimes like 3rd/4th gear around 3k rpms it will lose power and bog.
the car has a D16y7 and was manual swapped.
The ECU is a P2E and the trans has a sticker that says E7F.
i checked for codes and at first got this huge list: p0113, p0141, p0700, p1758, p1706, p1768
i cleared them and took it for a spin checked again and these came up: p0141, p0700, p1758, and p1768.
I googled and the only thing I could come up with was the ecu being for autos but when I search for P2E ECUs they say it’s for manuals so I’m confused.
As far as the losing power issue I can see the oxygen sensor wires cut under the car maybe that’s the problem?
car turns right on and idles good goes through gears fine.
