Default Timing marks.

2000 civic lx timing marks on pulling and head are not lined up, but cylinder 1 is at tdc. The car is cranking but not turning over at all.

I just recently had replace my counter shaft bearings in my transmission, so that is back in and everything is attached that I can tell!

Any ideas would be great appreciated

align the crank pulley to TDC and THEN check the cam sprocket. Adjust the timing belt/cam sprocket if need to.

So my crank shaft and cylinder 1 are at top dead center but my cam sprocket it almost 180 off, isthere a way to adjust that with Taking everything off to get to timing belt?

I've watched timing belt replacement videos but I want to know if i can do it without all the belts and power steering pump and lower timing cover coming off!

You replaced your counter shaft bearings (CSB) on your transmission you say. Did you pull the motor and transmission to do it, or only dropped the transmission and support the engine?

It may help to know just how much you undid to do this CSB job.

Timing is still off by a degree or 2 on cam shaft sprocket. I have never had a vehicle have issues like this after swapping a transmission

If this were the case, then the mechanical timing was off before you did your transmission work. There is no way you would have changed the teeth positioning on the timing belt by unhooking and dropping the transmission only.
