Hey guys, I'm looking at the AEM short ram intake for my 2018 1.5T Sport. I see most of the intakes have a smooth tube except for the Injen. Where the MAF sensor goes in, it necks down a little bit. Does this make it safer/better than the other brands? Their 2.0T intake doesn't neck down like this. The description on the PRL intake gives 2 options: stock tune and tune-needed. This gives the most confidence, but it doesn't have a heatshield like all of the other brands. TIA for your feedback!
