Default 1998 Honda Civic ex coolant leak

I’m doing an engine rebuild with arp head studs, torqued down to 60 ft pounds. I’m having a coolant leak from the head, was recommend to torque down to 70 ft pounds, does any one have any information or recommendations? Heard this is a common occurrence on D-series.

Where is the leak ? I would be shocked if the leak is arrested by torquing the head studs to 70 ft/lbs from 60 ft/lbs... if the block or head surface have an issue, you will still have a problem.
