Default 1998 Integra ls with 2000 gsr harness

I have a 1998 integra ls and I bought a b18c pretty sure it came from a type r but it has a gsr harness. I don’t want to use my old ls harness because it is has coil packs and the acv is a 2 wire and the engine has a 3 wire . There is a passenger engine plug that does not fit. Is there anything I can do with the gsr harness to make it work?

If I recall when I tried to use a 2000 GSR harness on my 2000 LS, that extra plug is the VTEC, IAB, Knock sensor, wiring. The LS does not have that on the passenger side that connects to the ECU so you won't get VTEC working. I ended up having to use a subharness.

I ended up going back to an LS harness and with the subharness to my motor that has VTEC and am not using the IAB or Knock sensor components as I am using a skunk2 intake manifold .I was having issues with the GSR harness causing issues with my TPS.(My harness specifically had some issues with some disintegration)
