K24 swap no crank no start
I've tried everything and have lurked everywhere so I'll lay out the issue. Here's my specs:00 civic hatch

Hybrid conversion harness
Brand New main relayAem fuel pump
So none of these work as intended. Fuel pump and start work in testing but when turning the key neither of them turn on. At one point the fuel pump would turn on but would exactly prime as intended. It would run as long as I'd turn the key. Not just run for 3 seconds and turn off. Now it doesn't turn on at all. Bypassing the main relay it functions fine
Starter signal never would send out from the ecu in the first place. Wiring it directly to the battery it works fine.
At first I thought it was the main relay, I replaced that twice and it only clicks once. I measured continuity and the only one missing is the starter signal.
I can't get any of it to work. I have all the pieces needed and can't get it to crank let alone properly start.

Can you confirm that the Starter has 12+V, hot at all times? Using a multi-meter.
Next you need to confirm that the Starter solenoid received the 12v start signal when the key is turned.

No voltage at all on the starter solenoid and the security is shut off. Basically it's not using anything on the main relay correctly. Despite correct grounds and correct conversion harness
What happens when you turn the key on and jump the starter signal wire directly from the positive battery lead?
