Honda CRV problems

Hi I’m new to Honda forums. I have a couple questions about my 2008 Honda CR-V! So I was having trouble with it over heating. I changed the radiator I got a new water pump and thermostat well it doesn’t want to start I have to pump the gas a million times to get it to start. But it dies out I have to keep it on 2 rpm the whole time. And I only can get it to start with my radiator cap off as soon as I put it on it dies. Can any one help me out here?
