2003 civic dash board lights blinked out before , Was told to check the fuse for tarnish and the fuse tangs were tarnished . I guess if it's loose the bad connection can do that , cleaned that up and checked the grounds under the steering column as recommended ,. Recently it happened and seemed worse , Checked the fuse and was clean . Is there anything else that may cause this ? Seems to be related to taking a turn . Thanks .
