Looking to get rid of the deck speakers in my 97 coupe for better bass transfer from my sub. But also want speakers for the back passengers ie. My kids. Has anyone done any installs like this before? Tried searching but couldn't really find anything on the subject. I'd like to see if people have mounted speakers somewhere in the sides of the plastics like the integras have is it even possible?

 

are you referring to ABS plastic spacers? You can also use plywood as well.
