I’ve been working on this for a while with no luck. I have a full running b16a2 swap I just completed but have never been able to get the dash cel to blink even though the cel has been on ever since I connected the battery. I’ve done numerous tests with a multimeter, referencing forums and diagrams for obd0 to obd1 swaps and haven’t been able to figure it out. I know there’s a cel because vtec doesn’t work. I got the chipped p28 from a reliable source as well.

Some things I found to be unordinary are the obd0 obd1 conversion harness yellow wire which is supposed to be grounded only has 4.5 V when tested with a multimeter. It also has continuity with ground, which definitely doesn’t seem right. Any ideas? Thanks I’m advance!
