Default Ream camshaft not TDC (Timing belt pilot 2014 question)

Hello honda-tech peeps! I am almost 60% done with my 2014 pilot timing belt service. I already installed a new timing belt and made sure the crank bolt and both camshafts are TDC. But then I realized that the new tensioner can't be bolted in with the new timing belt installed. I unbolted the tensioner pulley to remove the belt. Front cam and crank bolt are still tdc but NOT the rear cam. The rear cam's reference mark is now at (around) 2 o'clock position. My questions is, how can I align back the rear cam to TDC? Thank you guys for any tech help👍🏼

Rotate it back to where it needs to be. Bolt on the end of the cam is safe for rotation.
