SRS issues after accident
My 2004 accord rear ended another car. The airbags didn't deploy, but the driver's seatbelt will not retract. I jumped ODB pins 9&5 and got a 15-1 faulty ODPS code. So that's not too helpful, since I know there should be a code coming from the driver's seatbealt, and the airbag light was not on prior to the accident.
Does the SRS system have multiple codes? If I bought an ODBII reader, could I get them all?

I found a youtube video that showed the airbag light displaying multiple codes, if you waited for the next cycle. For me, it's always 15-1 over and over. Also, in case anyone catches it, I jumped ping 9&5 and 9&4, same result, both yielded me the same airbag codes.
I ordered a FOXWELL NT510 Elite scanner for Honda, $200. I'm going to try to reset the codes, and see what else shows up.
Then, I'm going to remove the driver's side seat belt and send it to a place that rebuilds them.
