Default 92 accord ex f22a6 pt6 ecu

My 92 accord won't turn over at first the starter wouldn't engage the flywheel but now it turns over and when it's about to turn over it sounds like the battery is gonna die even tho the battery is fully charged and my starter gets hot and positive cable gets too hot to touch and starts smoking idk what to do

I would start with removing your starter and take it to any auto parts store and have it checked out.

These starters should/could be good until over 300k miles, but not always.

Keep in mind that a re-manufactured starter will not be the quality of your original starter. For this reason, i would consider buying a used starter from a junkyard etc.
