Default Stepwgn 2007 Engine warning light got me stumped

Hi everyone,
I got a Stepwgn 2007 which has a K20A engine.
A few days ago got a check engine warning light (orange), Parking light, and ABS light on the dash. Followed by a battery warning after a few minutes.
Got the codes
P16BC
P0141 -- OBDII: Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1, heater control - circuit malfunction
P1298 --
OBDII: IDM Failure Honda: Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P0102 -- OBDII: Mass air flow (MAF) sensor/volume air flow (VAF) sensor - low input
P0340 -- OBDII: Camshaft position (CMP) sensor A, bank 1 - circuit malfunction
P16BC -- OBDII: Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 1, heater control - circuit malfunction
P1298 --
OBDII: IDM Failure Honda: Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage

Checked the battery and the current was 12.4, whilst the car was running. It's a new battery but I changed over the battery from the other car to see. -- no change
Have had whirring sounds coming from the alternator for about a year now so I thought it might be time to change that over. Got a reconditioned alternator and installed it. -- no change
Started going through the fuses and noticed that the ACG and fuel pump had both blown. Replaced both but the ACG fuse keeps getting blown on the engine start. Still the same lights are on the dash.
Has anyone got any ideas? I am kinda sure it is short but I just don't know where to start, maybe the alternator loom .....
Thank you very much.

There is a Denso auto electrician's shop about 3 doors up the road from me. I took the car there.
The ACG fuse is connected to 8 other "systems" (sorry could not think of a better word) one of which is the purge control solenoid. I think they just worked through the electrical diagram taking different components off to see if it prevented the short and it was the purge control solenoid. One month to get a new part so they got a part from the wreckers. The ABS warning, they ran their high-level scan tool but they could not get any info out of the ABS system. When they took the ABS coupling off, you could smell that the component had been electrically fried. That is also a second-hand part, which will be coming, soon.
Got no idea how two systems can blow at the same time. The old alternator was undercharging, not overcharging. Should be back together in a few days. I will add to the thread if there is any more info.
We have had some major storms around here last week, hmmmmmmmm.
