Icon3 93 Civic coupe, how to remove driver side panel

hey guys, I got my 93 civic coupe about a month, I have 3 questions can't figure it out by myself.
a. I noticed my car driver's side door unbale to lock from inside so I went to the junkyard and found a replacement part but I don't know how to remove the door panel.
I check on youtube and forums, i can't find any related to 93 coupe

door panel, I don't know how to remove/take it out this part there is no screw at this door lash

b. the left side fog light I remove the exterior cover and screw but still unable to take it out, seems like there is some wire under/behind the fog light

fog light, cover removed, still unable to take it out

c. what does this switch do, under the steering wheel? aftermarket alarm system?

is this an aftermarket alarm system?

could you guys give some help?

1. If I'm not mistaken, there is a small screw inside the door lever trim. Remove it and slide the trim forward/backwards. Pull the trim out just a bit and you will see the rod. Move the plastic clip keeping the rod in place. Once that's done, you can now remove the trim.

2. can't tell from the pic about the fog light

3. Yes, the black momentary button is your valet button. Not sure what that on/off switch is for. Follow the wires back to see where they're connected to.
