I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself as I am new here and always like to try and be an active, contributing member of any forum/owners clubs.

I am an Assistant Sales Manager at a Honda dealership in Brisbane.
I have always been a fan of Honda, with my first road registered car being a 1980 Honda Accord 3dr 1.6L.
I have also owned 5 Honda motorcycles, with 2 currently.
Total, I have now owned 43 cars, and 9 bikes.

I just purchased an absolute gem of an example of a 2009 Honda Civic Type-R FN2, with 87,000km (54,000mi).
It is the MY09 model with LSD from factory, in Milano Red.

My dealership originally sold the car back in 2010.
The owner kept it fastidiously looked after, and service it at this dealership for its entire life.
Eventually they had to get out of the low car as they were getting quite old.
And that is how I came to own this particular car.

I have always wanted one, and this one happens to be absolutely immaculate inside and out, with the exception of the gear lever boot wearing out (already have a genuine replacement on order from parts).
