Default 05 LX (d17a1) plug/coil melted in tube

Had an issue arise with my 05 LX a couple of weeks ago. Had a misfire - turned out it was in cylinder #4. Replaced plug and coil pack, all was well. About a week later, started getting a HUGE misfire. Ran the codes, said it was misfiring on all cylinders and random misfire code. Went to drive home, misfired heavily and shut off. After poking around - come to find out cylinder #4 plug must have arc'd because it melted the coil pack all around it. Currently the plug/bottom half of the coil pack is still stuck inside the tubing. Is there any tricks to getting this out? Or do I need to look into a new head/possibly motor depending on if that plug shot out the other end at all?

Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Josh
