So I did the integra cluster into EK swap following this thread:

It is a 1997 Integra cluster (US, not type R), and my car is a 1999 Civic (Europe).
Some of the wires were different, but I have managed to match them thanks to a comment in that thread, of a guy with a european Civic too.

The thing is that now I don't have hazard lights, they don't work at all. The left and right turn signals work just fine.
With the original cluster I do have the hazards.
The wires that I'm left with are Green\Black and White\Black and they are the C1 and C2 wires.
They are the only wires that I don't know where they go, and they probably are the hazard lights.
Anything but the hazards works perfectrly.

Does anybody know where they go?
