Bought a 2012 Civic LX 2 weeks ago. The low beams were extremely low, barely visible. I first buffed and polished my lights twice and they became crystal clear. Then changed the bulbs. Then changed the fuses. Then tried adjusting light up/down direction. No fix. Took to a mechanic for brakes and an electrical diag for the lights. They ran alternator, battery, checked ground wires and all the like. They said they found nothing whatsoever and suggested brand new headlight assemblies. Spent $180 and installed brand new ones, STILL the same level of brightness (basically ******* nothing). I’m $400 in and desperate. Please suggest anything.
