Hondata s300 v2 po5

Hello, can I use a po5 ecu chipped with hondata s300 v2 to replace my p28 ecu?

If you add VTEC and O2 heater circuit components to the ECU circuit board... then yes, it can replace your P28 because it will be just like a P28.
