Default Clutch has no pressure

So my 94 del sol has recently had a brand new slave and master installed by my boyfriend. Everything seems to have been done correctly and we bled the line very thoroughly. The clutch gains the smallest bit of pressure and will not spring up
. If anyone has any advice on if we may have bought a bad master(second time replacing in 2 months we thought it was a bad part the first time after replacing it) otherwise maybe a leak in the line which we did try to check for, any advice would be great.

Did you "bench bleed" the clutch master cylinder BEFORE installing it in the car ?
