92 Civic Sedan manual swap!! NEED HELP
I'm new to posting to forums so don't bash me. I recently did a manual swap on my 92 civic ex sedan, del sol si short gear trans, yonaka stage 3 clutch kit(that was a little overbored but bought it for cheap from a friend), eBay master and slave cylinder., brand new manual starter, bought all the manual mounts, manual flywheel, etc, I didn't worry abt manual ECU or harness bc I was told you could splice some wires and it would run ok despite being able to rev over 7k or something like that so I was going to do that for the meantime. I and my buddy do the swap in almost 20 hours no sleep using forums youtube etc. I try to start the car for the first time after filling trans fluid, spicing the 2 big black wires from the auto shifter, and taking out the key solenoid thing so I can take out my key but all it does is make 1 big click noise doesn't even try to turn over or anything. I've replaced the starter and batteries well so I know it's not that. Clutch is in correctly from my knowledge. Any help??
can you explain how that works? how would I go about replacing a bad ground lmao I've never heard of that? How did the ground go bad in the midst of manual swapping it?
