Yes you can use an si trans. Here is the part list
trans
manual ecu
flywheel
manual flywheel bolts
pedals
And I'm not sure but you might need a manual trans mount. And a new starter for a manual trans to. I have done it before so if you have any more questions IM me.

Like he said and then.....
Manual front X-member
Manual Mounts all except driver's side required
Clutch cable and mounts
Manual Shift linkage..............
That should kill it then, killer!

If you're keepin the D15 and the DPFI
The PM5 ECU WILL WORK. It will however throw a code for the lockup solenoid. But it WILL run the D15 correctly.
Or look for a PM5 from a manual CRX or civic in a junkyard.

I just got doing this and I used my same front x-member. Also the only mounts you need are the passenger side tranny mount and the rear mount the front and the drivers side are the same.

Really thats weird we had to swap the entire front xmember on my friends car. Mabey it was because it is an '88. Who knows. I couldn't beleive it myself when we had to change it.
